When you fill out our Contact / Get Started form or our Community Volunteer Interest form, we may collect:

  • Neighborhood and availability (volunteer form only)

  • Any information you choose to share in open text fields

We only collect what you choose to provide. No form field is used to collect sensitive personal information such as financial data, government ID numbers, or health information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page

  • Our Squarespace account (form submissions are stored there by default)

  • A CRM or spreadsheet maintained by Ripple + Rise for client and volunteer contact management

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., Squarespace for hosting, Google and Meta for advertising measurement) — these providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Ripple + Rise, our clients, or the public
